Identity Atlas · start here

Start with one thing. Follow its relations.

Choose what you want to understand. Then use Previous and Next to move one concept at a time. The complete branching map stays visible underneath.

How matter relates across scales

Follow one clear reading path. How do fields, particles, atoms, chemistry, biological molecules, and cells relate without pretending they form one straight production line?

Lesson 1 of 37Fields and statesA field, one of its states, and a property of that state.

How to read this: Next means the next concept to inspect—not what causes, contains, or becomes the next identity. Only the labeled lines state a scientific or interpretive relation.

A living map with visible limits

One-stop access does not mean pretending the map is complete.

The Atlas currently registers 187 selectable identities across 4 map views, including all 118 named elements and 205 typed relations. More proteins, compounds, cell structures, organisms, domains, projects, and source-linked identities can be added without changing the visual grammar.

Scientific-reference, scientific-model, Y-Theory interpretation, and open-hypothesis relations remain labeled separately. A visual connection is never allowed to become proof merely because it looks coherent.
