A point can hold a whole without losing its interior

Recursive organisation requires the local history and relationships to remain available when the larger view treats them as one.

One locally, a participant more widely

A child can be one whole in its own context and contribute only part of a wider whole. The parent’s summary is a reading of its participation. It need not erase the child’s internal identities, relationships or retained state.

The author’s paired-field request makes this recursive: the complete unit becomes the content of a point, points participate with other complete units, and their wider organisation can itself become a point.

Hidden structure can still matter

Closing a view should not silently stop the interior if that interior continues to affect later behaviour. To test whether a summary preserves enough, hold its current output fixed and vary a hidden state. If a later output changes under the declared rule, that hidden distinction still matters.

Recursion has inward, outward and lateral routes. Opening a child, joining a containing whole and interacting with a peer are different relations. The relation itself can be examined internally rather than being treated forever as an unexplained line.

Let local history change local settings

An initial relation-setting is not the universal rule. Different received conditions and histories may change different points differently while preserving their declared local constraints. One global slider would miss that local development.

Geometry, a state matrix and a history reading should expose the same continuing organisation. Each representation can omit details from view, but it should not discard details that the operation still needs.

Questions to carry forward

Does opening more points prove an infinite physical system?

It demonstrates the chosen recursive construction to the resolved depth. Unbounded recursion and its physical realization require separate convergence, interaction and resource conditions.
