What connects these into a complete operating system?
The shared grammar connects these studies. A single physically and mentally coupled simulation still needs explicit state, units and reciprocal response bindings; visual resemblance cannot supply them.

For the mental aspect, retained distinctions must affect attention or action, and their outcomes must be able to change later interpretation. A visitor’s camera or a meaning label is a reading of that system, not its own intentional observer.
One grammar, opened again.
Inside, outside and relation give nine directed role pairs. Include the whole and there are ten positions; relate each position to each other position and there are one hundred addresses. Ninety-nine describe the field and its exchanges with the whole. The remaining address is the whole’s self-return.
Each opened address uses that same local structure. The explorer creates interiors when you open them, keeps them running and reports how many exist. Unopened possibilities are not silently counted as simulated identities.
Read the same organization in different ways.
Two independently indexed cycles provide a spatial reading. The running local and whole phases move the points through this declared chart.
The intended mental operation relates retained encounters to expectations, alternatives and direction. Those internal distinctions must change later participation. The current role labels do not yet perform that operation.
Remember and Compare let you inspect a record over time. Your access to it is separate from what the modeled identity can register, retain or understand.
Physical and mental aspects return into each other.
Within one Mind, an encounter changes an internal relation; a changed interpretation redirects attention or action; the actual outcome returns and can correct it. Both aspects have inside–outside relations. Physical is not simply outside, nor mental simply inside.
A commitment, an expectation and a new constraint can reorganize within the same Mind before an outward action occurs. Their higher meaning is constituted through those different contributions, rather than through identical copies of a complete Mind.

A signal can register a difference without forming an observer. In this account, an observer has its own differentiated internal Mind: it correlates its continuing identity with outside relations, retains comparison, and uses that return to intentionally revise attention, interpretation or action. It can explore further relations in a direction carried by purpose.
Its current self-reference can stay centred on screen while the organization supporting it changes. Internal illumination means a difference becomes available to that Mind for comparison; the difference can already be active before it is noticed. The current numerical explorer does not yet implement this complete observing organization.

Spatial position, numerical address and relational organization are different readings. An identity can remain in place while changing what it can receive, correlate or attempt. Greater usable integration can widen access across particular modes; more nodes alone do not establish that gain.
The current explorer reveals phase and weight changes. Intentional changes of semantic access remain part of the architecture to implement. Opening an interior here is a visitor action, not a simulated gain in awareness.
Understanding gives a journey its direction.
The story is carried by the changing structure: an encounter leaves a consequence, a retained pattern helps choose a direction, and what happens next becomes experience. Understanding deepens when that pattern remains useful in another condition or is corrected by what returns.
Compare the inner structure with its containing whole. Their shared grammar gives you a relation to investigate; their differences give you something to learn. The explorer makes this comparison available to you. A model that learns from the comparison and changes its own direction needs a further operating rule.

A containing structure supplies conditions through which a local form is produced. That form carries consequences back into its surroundings. The same identity can be created within a wider structure and participate in creating another form.

Under additive inheritance, the relation between the current and retained contributions approaches the golden ratio. The source’s normalized shares sit within the one-third to two-thirds envelope. Its ten-part metric and depth-address rule place the expansion-facing share at depth seven.
Matching inner and outer patterns requires the same recursive rule and a declared comparison of scale and orientation. Golden placement alone does not ensure identical views or awareness. The Inside / outside view makes that constructed comparison visible.
