# Author correction: cross-dimensional identity correspondence

**Author:** Bubu Suhas Mullaveedu

**Scope:** Y-Theory identity mapping, Structure of Mind, Wisdom Mind, and cross-domain research
**Proof boundary:** Canonical inside Y-Theory as a mapping rule; external correspondences remain hypotheses until tested in their own domains.

## The correction

Every identity has an inside, an outside made of identities not included in that identity, and a relation through which the distinction is maintained and changed. Therefore identities are not to be connected because two words or topics look similar. They are connected through the Y Engine: by identifying the structural position each identity occupies, the operators that carry its continuation, and the behavior produced at its declared scale.

The same relational pattern may be expressed in different dimensions. A cosmological, material, bodily, mental, social, religious, or digital identity may occupy a corresponding position while using a different domain mechanism. The pattern may remain comparable even though the dimension, substance, variables, scale, and causal mechanism differ.

At the primary cross-dimensional polarity, present manifested existence and Source-facing compatible possibility are coupled. In a physical reading, a bounded material identity is approached from its existence- or manifestation-facing pole. In a Mind reading, available possibility is approached from its consciousness-facing pole. Awareness names the maintained relation between present existence and available possibility. This is a Y-Theory structural interpretation; it does not by itself prove panpsychism, physicalism, idealism, or an identity between matter and subjective experience.

Position inside the whole constrains possible behavior. If two identities occupy a corresponding structural position across different dimensions, Y-Theory may predict analogous behavior: differentiation, coupling, delay, residue, memory, reinforcement, leakage, phase, observation, closure, or nesting. The predicted behavior must be translated into the variables and mechanisms of each domain before it can be tested.

## Relational pattern signature

Every mapped identity must declare:

1. **Dimension and scale** — the domain, resolution, boundary, and time window.
2. **Identity / inside** — what continuation is being followed.
3. **Outside** — which non-included identities or possibilities form its complement.
4. **Relation / channel** — the actual carrier of consequential difference.
5. **Polarity role** — existence-facing, consciousness-facing, or coupling relation.
6. **Y-Engine operators** — the ordered behaviors active in the mapping.
7. **Residue and memory** — what remains, how it is addressed, and what it changes.
8. **Return and closure** — what counts as renewal, recovery, or correction.
9. **Capability and predicted behavior** — what the position permits or constrains.
10. **Domain mechanism** — the scientific, bodily, mental, social, theological, or computational mechanism that actually carries the behavior.
11. **Evidence and falsifier** — what supports the mapping and what would count against it.
12. **Source lineage and status** — where the claim came from and whether it is definition, derivation, model bridge, postulate, evidence, or open question.

The signature is written as:

`Identity@dimension/scale -> (inside, outside, relation) -> ordered Y-Engine operators -> residue/return -> predicted behavior`

## Correspondence rule

Two identities may be related across dimensions only through a declared structural signature:

`Identity A -> Y-Engine structural position -> Identity B`

Never silently replace this with:

`Identity A = Identity B`

The relation may be classified as:

- **same mechanism** — supported only when the domain mechanism is literally shared;
- **structural correspondence** — a comparable relational position and behavior with different mechanisms;
- **model bridge** — a disciplined translation proposed for research or explanation;
- **speculative analogy** — a resemblance not yet operationalized;
- **rejected correspondence** — a mapping contradicted by evidence, scale, or definition.

## Validation gate

A cross-dimensional edge is not validated merely because both identities share an operator word. It must pass all of the following gates:

1. identity and scale are explicit on both sides;
2. inside, outside, and relation are explicit on both sides;
3. at least one ordered Y-Engine behavior is operationally defined on both sides;
4. domain mechanisms remain distinct unless literal identity is independently established;
5. the proposed invariant and expected difference are stated;
6. evidence, rival explanation, and falsifier are named;
7. source and latest-correction precedence are traceable;
8. status is no stronger than the available evidence.

## Required propagation

- Index every canonical claim, registered wisdom, explicit source thesis, research question, and major manuscript section by its relational pattern signature.
- Maintain a separate registry of domain identities and their mechanisms.
- Generate cross-dimensional edges through shared structural positions, never direct topic similarity alone.
- Display proof status, source, guardrail, invariant, expected difference, and falsifier wherever an edge is shown.
- Preserve unresolved and rejected mappings; correction is part of the Mind, not an embarrassment to hide.
- Regenerate the Y-Theory Teacher from the same machine-readable registries so the documentation and public site remain synchronized.
