YPRJ-COMMUNITY · collective

Community Intelligence Network

A consent-based network for connecting needs, offers, knowledge, wishes, decisions, action, evidence, and correction across a real community.

The question this project owns

Can people coordinate as a relational whole without erasing each person's identity, belief, privacy, choice, or right to challenge the system?

Founder's intention · editorial summary

Let every person keep a voice and a relation—without reducing society to a majority that dominates a minority—and collectively create a more cooperative reality.

Project identity

Give the work a boundary before asking it to grow.

Included

Member identities, consent, local knowledge, needs and offers, deliberation, missions, verification, impact, appeal, and shared learning.

How it connects

Distinct people share a boundary through declared relations; coordinated action changes the common environment; consequences return to members and revise the next decision.

Outside scope

A borderless utopia declared complete, hidden algorithmic government, forced belief alignment, or a system that owns its members' identities.

Current state

What exists now—not what the name hopes to become.

The Community Intelligence Network / NAPAM lineage, Amherst/Cumberland pilot direction, wish-collection idea, and community-space architecture exist. A measured live pilot remains open.

Workstreams

The project moves through smaller identities.

Each stream has its own state. A live moral covenant, a software prototype, and a research question are not one implementation level.

01planned

Needs and offers

Match concrete local needs with voluntary capacity and retain the outcome as shared evidence.

02planned

Wish and possibility map

Collect the realities people want, preserve differences, and find cooperative intersections without majority erasure.

03planned

Community pilot

Co-design one local continuity loop with privacy, governance, appeal, metrics, and stop rules.

Next accountable movement

Milestones must produce an inspectable return.

  1. 01

Choose one bounded community problem with real stakeholders.

  2. 02

Co-design consent, privacy, ownership, appeal, and publication rules.

  3. 03

Measure benefit, harm, participation, exclusion, and correction before expansion.
