About the AI-assisted source wording

These documents grew through many conversations between the founder and AI assistants. Their wording may not perfectly convey the founder’s intention: interpretation also happens when human ideas are put into words by AI. The founder does not claim every passage is a final or perfect formulation. Read the connected ideas, compare passages, and bring your own imagination and questions to what the author is trying to express. Ambiguous wording and contradictions remain open to clarification; reading between ideas does not turn a claim into evidence.

Claim Status, Evidence, and Correction

1. Why proof status is part of the theory

Y-Theory studies relation, memory, correction, and return. Its documentation must embody those same principles.

A claim without provenance has no recoverable source. A correction that deletes the earlier version destroys the path through which understanding changed. A simulation that borrows authority from a theological claim mixes reference layers.

Claim discipline is therefore not administrative decoration. It is the epistemic body of the project.

The first-and-last reference rule

Every substantive Y-Theory session must:

  1. consult the current Living Source before reconstructing the problem;
  2. preserve every reusable wisdom, correction, rejected interpretation, or open residue in the source project;
  3. compare it with existing claims, reconciled relations, candidate conflicts, lineage, and proof status;
  4. return the completed work, validation, and exact next task to the project.

Reference-first does not make the current canon infallible. It makes the earlier structure visible so that a correction can be explicit, attributable, and propagated instead of rediscovered and lost.

2. Status system

Definition

A chosen meaning inside Y-Theory.

Example: leakage is influence not recoverably reintegrated into the declared continuity.

Canonical structural law

A relation presently accepted as part of the Y-Theory architecture.

Example: every situated identity is expressed through inside, outside, and relation.

Structural derivation

A conclusion that follows from stated premises.

Example: if a later state is both different and residue-linked to an earlier state, an ordered history can form without exact identity.

Conditional mathematical derivation

A mathematical conclusion valid under declared assumptions.

Example: Fibonacci convergence to the golden ratio follows after a two-predecessor additive recurrence is specified.

Y-Theory postulate

A foundational proposal not derived or independently demonstrated.

Example: a claim that every external physical or biological system instantiates Y-Theory's seven-depth Mind architecture.

Model bridge

A correspondence between the Y structure and another domain.

Example: DNA’s antiparallel strands can illustrate complementary directed continuity.

Relational reuse rule

External theories are first harvested for relations they have already developed: incidence, orientation, transformation, closure, geometry, address, projection, or tested mechanism. Names and carriers may change during translation; the native relation may not be silently changed.

Cross-dimensional identity edges must pass through an explicit Y-Engine structural position. Similarity, shared terminology, or a beautiful diagram alone does not establish literal identity or proof.

Empirical claim

A statement answerable to observation or experiment.

Example: a particular runtime field survives restart and causally changes later output beyond controls.

Prototype observation

A result bounded by one implementation.

Example: mind_support affected a later expected state within one running process.

Theological or interpretive lens

A reading of scripture, faith, symbol, or philosophy.

Example: repentance can be read as identity-preserving model revision and return.

Application architecture

A design rule for a system.

Example: Local Root retains final closure while cloud workers return proposals.

Relation-governed application loop

An application should not judge only an isolated input → function → output. For a bounded identity, the primary operation and its relevant context coupling are updated separately:

x_{n+1}=F(x_n,u_n;R_n),
R_{n+1}=G(R_n,e_n,H_n;C).

Here (F) is the primary operation, (R_n) is its presently governed coupling to the relevant outside, (e_n) is measured consequence or error, (H_n) is retained history, and (C) is the declared constraint and authority set. The outer comparison-and-return loop is another recursive triadic application of identity, context, and relation; it is not a fourth primitive.

Recurrence reliability, efficiency, and continuity or viability are separate objectives. A valid application must name its carrier, variables, units, sensors, actuators, baseline, rivals, intervention limits, cost, harm, exported leakage, stop rule, and evidence. Improving immediate output does not establish improved continuity, and improving recurrence can reduce efficiency or future options.

This is ordinary feedback and control enriched by explicit Y-Theory continuity and recoverability accounting; it is not the invention of contextual control. Electricity, magnetism, velocity, retention, or faster feedback are not universal interventions. A manifested machine does not become literally timeless, and every carrier-specific control claim remains answerable to sensing limits, latency, noise, saturation, stability, conservation, and empirical comparison.

Status: Application architecture and evaluation rule

Rejected or superseded

A preserved claim no longer accepted.

Example: adding one to the first nine automatically creates an observer.

Open question

A relation not yet sufficiently derived, tested, or specified.

3. Confirmation matrix

The word confirmed must always answer: confirmed at which layer?

Confirmation What it establishes
Founder/canonical approval current Y-Theory wording
Structural derivation coherence from declared premises
Mathematical proof result within formal assumptions
Implementation the mechanism was coded
Prototype observation a relation appeared in a recorded setup
Replication it appeared again under relevant variation
Domain evidence a scientific or practical claim survived domain methods
Interpretive convergence several texts or traditions support a reading
Public understanding learners can reconstruct and transfer the relation

No row automatically grants the status of another.

4. Relational reconciliation and scoped source precedence

Before classifying a source relation as conflict, compare the propositions at the same referent, scope, scale, dimension, reference frame, conditions, claimed consequence, and proof mode. A terminology difference, narrower definition, cross-scale translation, or implementation frame is not a contradiction by itself. Only a mutually incompatible result that survives this gate about the same proposition under the same conditions is conflict.

For that unresolved proposition, determine current Y-Theory wording in this order:

  1. explicit author correction within the proposition and scope it actually addresses;
  2. canonical editable source or chapter;
  3. accepted consolidation and restart;
  4. generated book artifact;
  5. public teaching material;
  6. One Source and broad provenance corpus;
  7. historical draft and model interpretation;
  8. external research for defining Y-Theory.

This ordering is not a newest-file rule. A later explicit author correction is scope-limited evidence and does not erase coherent wisdom elsewhere unless it explicitly supersedes that proposition. Dates, filenames, repetition, and authority-sounding titles are not authority by themselves.

Nonduplicate coherent relations strengthen structural persistence when their provenance and dependency direction remain visible. Exact copies and dependent restatements can improve recoverability but do not count as independent support. External research remains primary for claims about its own domain. Scoped precedence determines what Y-Theory currently says, not what physics, biology, history, or theology must accept.

5. Supersession without erasure

A correction must preserve:

  • original claim;
  • source and date;
  • reason for correction;
  • replacement claim;
  • affected pages and projects;
  • whether proof status changed;
  • unresolved residue.

This allows development history to remain visible without forcing readers to treat every old version as equally current.

6. The zero-to-one challenge protocol

Every challenge must declare:

  • domain and scale;
  • question;
  • hypothesis;
  • structural map;
  • assumptions;
  • baseline zero;
  • success one;
  • method;
  • evidence;
  • rival explanation;
  • falsifier;
  • limitations;
  • result;
  • next action.

A result of zero is preserved and may close.

A result of one is not final proof. It requires one of:

  • replication;
  • correction;
  • productive application;
  • genuinely new domain challenge.

7. Null models and source independence

Repeated resonance from the same source lineage is reinforcement, not independent corroboration.

Cross-domain claims require:

  • predeclared invariants;
  • alternative explanations;
  • source independence;
  • negative examples;
  • null models;
  • blinded or held-out tests where possible.

Similarity found after the fact is not enough.

8. Narrative, source, representation, and reality

The project maintains several separations.

  • The source is not its summary.
  • A representation is not the represented field.
  • A record is not the consequence it records.
  • A story is not a scientific result.
  • Code is not the law merely because it implements an interpretation.
  • A database is not memory unless retained content returns into operation.
  • A public page is not canon merely because it is visible.
  • An LLM answer is not an accepted correction until reviewed.

9. Completion is a vector

“Complete” may refer to different dimensions:

  • source coverage;
  • canonical wording;
  • mathematical formalization;
  • implementation;
  • deployment;
  • raw evidence;
  • replication;
  • public explanation;
  • editorial integration;
  • recovery testing.

The project must state which dimension is complete and which remains open.

10. Current proof boundaries

The following are current Y-Theory structures or hypotheses, not blanket established science:

  • universal external instantiation of the seven-depth Mind architecture;
  • semantic ninety-nine attribute field;
  • universal golden continuity attractor;
  • universe as containing Mind;
  • specific particle and cosmology interpretations;
  • digital subjective consciousness;
  • personal observer transfer across substrates;
  • Qur’anic computational correspondence as proof of revelation.

The project may investigate them boldly while keeping their status precise.

YT-METHOD-001Claim-status disciplineCanonical epistemic rule

One layer cannot borrow proof status from another. Internal coherence, implementation, simulation, beauty, repetition, and author approval are not the same as external empirical proof.

YT-METHOD-002Source hierarchy and supersession without erasureCanonical governance rule

Do not silently merge propositions, count byte duplicates as independent support, or treat a filename, modification date, rhetorical polish, or source label as truth authority. Record conflict only after incompatibility remains under the same normalized subject and declared conditions.

YT-METHOD-003Living source mutation boundaryCanonical governance rule

No agent silently rewrites SOURCE. The deployed website, a conversation, a rendered book, or a database does not replace the canonical editable source.

YT-METHOD-004Zero-to-one challenge and returnCanonical research protocol

A one is evidence of one bounded change, not proof of the whole theory.

YT-METHOD-005The Living SourceCurrent documentation architecture

The Living Source organizes knowledge; it is not the Ultimate Source, not an autonomous authority, and not proof that every included claim is true.

YT-METHOD-006Relational reuse across external theoriesCanonical research and teaching method

Do not turn a requested structural harvest into a proof contest. Do not rename elements while silently changing incidence, orientation, transformation, or closure. Limits are stated only to protect the transfer, not to dominate it.
