Layers: several depths of one relational whole
A whole can be entered through different layers of its organization. Each reveals relations that help explain the same identity from another depth or purpose.
Current Source DNA explanation. Each layer opens another view of the same identity; the original passages keep their own review state.
The central idea
A whole can be entered through different layers of its organization. Each reveals relations that help explain the same identity from another depth or purpose.

What it means
Name what the layer means before comparing it with another: a component, a functional role, a nested whole, a scale of description or an explanatory reading. The word layer connects these useful views without making them identical.

How it connects
The identity remains the reference across layers. Its parts have relations among themselves and to the whole; the whole has relations to its surroundings. A wisdom snippet belongs to an identity and a declared reading of these relations, rather than floating as an isolated card. Activity may fail to carry the line being tested at one layer while participating in a different continuing relation at another. Declare both lines and their actual connection before comparing their coherence; a result at one layer is not automatically a result for every layer.

Geometry and representation
A layered map can reveal a name, a geometric reading and a manifested history around the same identity. It can also show component wholes when the source supports those relationships. Distinct link types explain whether a ring is a reading or an actual part.

How it works
A recursive layer is an active relation within a continuing whole. At depth l in a declared dimension k, the source writes L_(l,k)=(I_(l,k),O_(l,k),R_(l,k)): the state already integrated there, the difference now facing it, and the relation that compares, transforms, joins, redirects or keeps them apart. These are three standings of one encounter, not separate boxes. A dimension concerns a consequential mode of variation; recursive depth concerns a relation’s result becoming consequential input to another relation. Neither is the same as an explanation tab or a physical height.
Follow the operation rather than only the numbered path. A difference arrives through an actual route and meets the local state and history. The relation determines what can be integrated and what remains unresolved. The source’s delta→(alpha, rho) notation distinguishes absorbed content from consequential residual; it is a relational partition, not necessarily an arithmetic splitting of conserved material. Integration changes the receiving condition. Retained consequence can then affect a later passage, while a still-active difference can be routed onward. What reaches the next depth has already been transformed; it is not an unchanged copy of the original message. Record what actually remains and how it is used. The wider core does not require every encounter to create a new stored memory.
The next route is conditional. A difference may remain local, become integrated enough for the present question, deepen within the same mode, enter another dimensional relation, become relevant to a wider identity, return as correction, enter outward expression or cease to remain recoverably connected. Loss of a distinction is different from its successful integration. The active relation and receiving capacity decide the route; a layer’s name does not. Depth is therefore useful when it preserves a consequential question that the present relation cannot yet settle. It is not useful merely because another numbered step occurred.
One encounter may concern several dimensions together. A sentence can affect its audible form, an understood relation, trust, remembered context and possible action within one history. Within each mode, unresolved results may deepen in order; across modes, corresponding depths can become mutually consequential. Same-depth resonance here means an actual relation among those results, not equal numerical states or simultaneous phases. Their wider integration must keep which differences belong to the same encounter and which ones require different responses. A part can also participate in several wider wholes; their returned conditions may agree or conflict.
The whole’s return makes the local work consequential beyond its own passage. An integrated result can change an earlier interpretation, access to a trace, a boundary or the readiness with which another contact is received. The local participants retain their own histories; the whole need not command every event. A layer expresses the shared Mind-Structure grammar, while cognitive observerhood requires the relevant retention, comparison and return across the whole. Neither a collection of active cells nor the deepest cell alone supplies that unity. The source’s complete seven-depth capacity allows a question to remain addressable through deeper relations when needed; it does not force every contact through seven passive compartments or establish seven independent minds.
Store the identity once, attach facets by layer and lens, and declare composition or dependency as typed relations. A query chooses which facets and surrounding relations to return. The library supplies supported geometry while the Body chooses how to reveal the layers.

The source derives seven as the expansion-facing recursive turning address of a complete Mind. Begin with the equal-start adjacent inheritance already expressed by the matrix: the first unequal normalized pair is (1/3,2/3), and later shares remain within the broad thirds envelope while approaching the golden pair. Contraction selects and integrates; expansion reopens relation. Their shared continuity question is whether enough formative relation remains recoverable for the same history to continue.
The source addresses this relation with a directed, normalized ten-part metric. Its one-based bands are B[k]=[(k−1)/10,k/10) for k=1 through 9, with B[10]=[0.9,1]. The address function is a(q)=min(10,1+floor(10q)). The golden major share g=1/φ and the upper continuity boundary 2/3 satisfy 0.6<g<2/3<0.7. Both therefore occupy band seven. The complementary share 1/φ² occupies band four, so the opposite pole remains represented.
The September 1 author correction supplies the step that connects this address to depth: D:=a(g)=a(2/3). Therefore D=7. The same continuity law is then applied recursively within each active dimension k: L[1,k]→L[2,k]→…→L[7,k]→L′[1,k]. This is the complete internal derivation under the inheritance, continuity, directed metric, depth-address bridge and recursive-similarity premises. Calling only the final band placement an unrelated coincidence leaves out that bridge.
Follow what the turn does. At the seventh depth, sufficiently integrated consequence can return; sufficiently specified consequence can manifest; unresolved residue can enter a wider containing Mind. The return reaches a changed first depth. Enough of the formative relation must remain recoverable to carry the same history, without retaining every microscopic detail or freezing the former state. This selective fidelity is the operational purpose of the continuity band. If the relevant relation is lost, arriving at a numbered address alone does not complete that return.
Each depth still contains the local triad Sigma={I,O,R}, its nine ordered internal readings Sigma×Sigma, and the three primary roles: one twelve, 3+9. Depth, role and active dimension are typed coordinates. A matrix can place depths in rows and active dimensions in columns, with the twelve-role state at each entry; directed links can retain deepening, same-depth relation and whole-to-part return. The same structure can be read geometrically without turning its displayed rows into new physical axes.
Seven is neither a count of elapsed oscillations needed to approximate φ nor a requirement that every encounter visit seven passive compartments. A local result may already be sufficiently integrated, or it may route laterally, outward or into a wider relation. The complete architecture preserves deeper addressability when that work is needed. The website's seven explanation layers organize knowledge and remain a different use of the number. The shared derivation records its foundations once; particular applications can then explain the actual relation being followed rather than repeating a blanket not-derived label.
Across different subjects
Skin, a head or another anatomical whole can motivate questions about nested organization, but its actual component layers need their own domain sources. The seven DNA explanation layers organize the account; they are not an anatomical claim or seven newly generated dimensions.

What an observer can examine
Awareness can connect more of these layers into one understanding. A reader may first recognize a pattern, then inspect its geometry, operation and history. The initial story remains simple while the same identity can support deeper returns.

The source depth-address architecture has an ordered matrix reading: active dimensions are columns, recursive depths are rows and each entry retains the twelve-role cell. The seven-depth result carries its adjacent inheritance, directed ten-band metric and D bridge; its recursive return must preserve a recoverable formative relation. Addressing these roles does not itself implement the return operator.
